Hi! I’m Coach Sam, a Personal Trainer, a Menopause Coaching Specialist, a Nutrition Coach, and a graduate from Fitness and Health Promotion.
I’ve been committed to fitness since I was 8 years old and working out at home with legends like Jane Fonda.
I am dedicated to fitness and enjoy exploring various disciplines like Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Kickboxing, Yoga, and home workouts. I enjoy supporting my clients on their fitness journeys.
I strongly believe in empowering and advocating for women. As a Menopause Coach, my role is to support women on their Menopause Transition Journey. I want to empower you with the tools and support needed for success. I am dedicated to guiding you through every step of your fitness and health journey, helping you build sustainable habits.
